General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jetbu platform and all services offered under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between jetbu ("Company", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "user", "member").

1.1 Applicability of Terms

• Each individual may hold only one account.

• Transferring or selling your user identity to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Process

During registration, you must provide a valid mobile number and an active email address. Financial transactions may be restricted until account verification is complete. jetbu reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

jetbu gives the highest priority to protecting minors. Our platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Age verification is a mandatory process, and failure to complete it in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

3.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit any one of the following valid government-issued identity documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving Licence (if age is stated)
• Birth Registration Certificate (alongside other documents)

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

To ensure financial security, jetbu reserves the right to verify a user's identity and source of funds when necessary. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

jetbu provides fast and secure payment methods for Bangladeshi users. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits and Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) — for each payment method.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• A minimum first deposit of ৳500 is required to claim the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (20x wagering).
• A specific time limit may apply for completing the wagering requirement.
• Some games may contribute fully or partially towards the wagering calculation.
• If bonus claims are made from multiple accounts by the same person, device, or IP address, all accounts will be terminated.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• jetbu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses cannot be offered as an alternative to cash value.
• If a bonus is used for fraudulent purposes, it will be cancelled immediately.
• The specific terms and conditions of each bonus offer will be stated in the offer description.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbu platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and the relevant funds may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Intentionally exploiting or taking advantage of system errors or bugs.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to artificially fulfil bonus conditions.
• Attempting to hack accounts or steal another person's information.
• Using unauthorised automated software or bots on any part of the platform.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Misconduct, harassment, or threats towards other users or staff.
• Unauthorised copying or distribution of jetbu's intellectual property.
• Operating an account in the name or identity of a third party.

Account Suspension and Termination

jetbu reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete proper identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Confirmation that the account is being used by a person under 21 years of age.
• Suspicion of money laundering or the need for a related legal investigation.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

7.1 Funds After Account Closure

In the case of a legitimate account closure with no prohibited activity, any remaining funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user. However, funds in accounts closed due to fraud or breach of terms may be forfeited.

7.2 Account Reactivation

To reactivate a temporarily suspended account, please contact our support team. The account may be reactivated once identity verification is complete and no breach of terms is found.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
